A landmark of luxury accommodation and service, Tintswalo Safari offers six Explorer Suites, as well as the expansive Baines Presidential Suite, and the 2-bedroom Grant Family Suite. Travellers are accommodated in these luxuriously decorated suites which reflect the adventures of the 19th-century explorers they are named after.
Tintswalo Safari is situated a short drive from the nearest local airport in Hoedspruit, or a scenic six-hour drive / shuttle from Johannesburg for those who enjoy a road-trip.
Accommodation is offered in 8 suites steeped in old-world glamour, named after heroic African explorers. All are individual in style, but united in their elegant style, inspired by early colonial safaris and their wild surrounding environment. Tinstwalo Safari Lodge also has a magnificent self-contained manor house with four bedrooms – ideal for a group or family seeking extra privacy.

Children 9 yrs and older are welcome, families with children aged 9 yr – 11yr must book a private safari vehicle. Children between 9 yrs and 15 yrs are charged 50% of Explorer suite sharing rate.
